DIAMOND INFORMATION
At Everrings, we source our gems directly from trusted manufacturers who expertly polish the stones. These manufacturers typically acquire their rough diamonds from the world’s leading diamond-producing countries, such as Botswana, Canada, and South Africa. We work exclusively with suppliers who adhere to international standards of responsible sourcing. Every diamond we sell is certified and conflict-free.
We are committed to providing our customers with a wide selection of diamonds while ensuring our suppliers uphold our rigorous sourcing standards. To maintain this commitment, we regularly review and refine our Responsible Sourcing Policy, striving for continuous improvement wherever necessary.
At Everrings, we use some of the finest materials on earth to craft jewelry that reflects the brilliance of your special moments. This is both a privilege and a great responsibility. As fine jewelers, we are dedicated to upholding standards of responsible sourcing, acting with integrity throughout our supply chain, and respecting the communities we source from.
Our diamonds are sourced in accordance with international responsible sourcing standards and are certified under the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), ensuring they have not been used to fund armed conflict.

Yes, at Everrings, we offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds because we believe in providing our customers with a wide range of options. To ensure clarity, our diamond collection is clearly categorized to distinguish natural diamonds from lab-grown ones. Additionally, each gem comes with a certificate explicitly stating its origin.
To make your decision as seamless as possible, we recommend first-time buyers take some time to learn about diamonds, particularly the 4Cs, before choosing their perfect gem. Visit our informative diamond education section for guidance on selecting the right diamond. You can also reach out to our jewelry specialists anytime via live chat for personalized assistance.
MANIFACTURING INFORMATION
Most of our pieces take approximately 15 to 20 working days to be expertly handcrafted. However, some of our more intricate, diamond-set designs—such as vintage, halo, trilogy, and diamond-set rings—may take up to 8 weeks. If you need your jewelry sooner, we can sometimes expedite the workshop process, depending on our current workload and the complexity of your design.
Please note that there is an additional fee of €140 for expediting classic solitaire designs, and €200 for diamond-set jewelry, such as halos, vintage, or trilogy styles.
Yes, we do! At Everrings, if you have an idea, we have the design. By collaborating with our bespoke team, you can create a truly one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. Simply send us an inquiry detailing your vision and, if possible, attach any reference images. A designer will then reach out to discuss your piece and provide a quote.
If you’re happy with the quote, our team will create a selection of computer-generated designs and, in some cases, hand-drawn sketches of your piece. Once everything is approved, we’ll source your chosen center stones and craft your jewelry at the Everrings workshop. The timeline for crafting will depend on the complexity of your design, and our team will keep you informed every step of the way.
Oh, and if you see one of our existing designs but feel it could be even better with a slight modification, we can do that too! Whether it’s setting a ring with colored gemstones or making small adjustments to a piece, simply contact our specialists to create your perfect fit.
You can engrave your ring with any message you choose, completely free of charge! Adding a personal engraving is a meaningful touch to your jewelry design. Simply select your preferred engraving option before checkout. Your ring can accommodate up to 15 characters, and you can choose from a variety of fonts and symbols to perfectly complement your design.
Please note, engraved rings are non-returnable. Additionally, if your ring needs to be resized, the engraving will need to be redone, so it’s best to select this option only if you’re confident about the size.
Yes, we craft our jewelry using a variety of gemstones and semi-precious stones. On our website, you’ll find a beautiful selection of colored diamonds and gemstones to choose from. If you don’t see the specific gem you’re looking for, simply reach out to our jewelry specialists, and we’ll be happy to source the perfect piece for you.
When crafting jewelry, precious metals like gold, platinum, or palladium are rarely used in their purest form. To enhance their strength and color, they are often alloyed with other metals.
Since it’s impossible to determine the composition of an alloy by sight alone, we ensure that all our gold, platinum, and palladium jewelry undergo independent testing and hallmarking before sale. Every piece of fine jewelry from Everrings is hallmarked unless it falls under the following weight exemptions:
- Gold and Palladium: Hallmarking is not mandatory for items below 1 gram.
- Platinum: Hallmarking is not mandatory for items below 0.5 grams.
Everrings is registered with the London and Birmingham Assay Offices, ensuring full compliance with the UK’s hallmarking regulations. Each piece undergoes an internal confirmation process to verify compliance before it is dispatched to our customers.
We are proud to be an Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer, a status granted only to retailers independently audited by Assay Assured, overseen by the Edinburgh Assay Office. This guarantees that all our precious metal jewelry is tested and hallmarked to the highest standards.
All Everrings jewelry is hallmarked in the United Kingdom, with the following markings for each metal:
- Gold (Rose, White, and Yellow): 750
- Platinum and Palladium: 950
At Everrings, our jewelry is crafted from 18k white, rose, and yellow gold, as well as platinum and palladium for wedding bands. We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality while ensuring that our jewelry is durable enough to be treasured for a lifetime.
While 14k or 10k gold contains a lower percentage of pure gold and therefore has a less vibrant color, 24k gold, though purer and more vibrant, is naturally soft and susceptible to damage. That’s why we choose 18k gold for our designs—it offers the ideal balance of rich color, exceptional quality, and long-lasting durability.
For minor restorations, such as replating a white gold ring or polishing your jewelry, we offer a Clean & Polish service for €90. This service is available exclusively to customers who have purchased an Everrings piece.
This is because gold is naturally yellow in color. To achieve the bright, reflective sheen of white gold, it is alloyed with other metals such as silver, zinc, or nickel and then coated with a rare metal called rhodium. Over time, the rhodium coating on a white gold ring may wear off, revealing a subtle yellow hue beneath. While some people don’t mind this, if you’d like your ring restored to its original luster, you can have it replated by our specialists for a fee of €90. Please contact our jewelry specialists for more information.
No problem! We understand that getting the right ring size can be tricky, especially if you’re planning a surprise proposal. That’s why your first resize is completely free of charge if you return your ring within 30 days. Resizing typically takes around 10–15 working days from the date we receive your item.
Please note that some designs, such as full-set diamond eternity rings, cannot be resized and may need to be exchanged or custom-made. For more information, feel free to contact us or refer to our Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT & PRICING
Purchasing fine jewellery is a big step. To give you time to focus on what’s really important, we offer a selection of flexible payment options from PayPal, Klarna or Splitit.
You may have noticed that two seemingly identical diamonds can sometimes have a noticeable price difference. While this may seem confusing, rest assured that it often has little to do with the actual quality of the diamonds.
To provide you with a wide selection, we source our diamonds from a variety of trusted suppliers. Depending on the supplier, you might see price variations simply because their pricing structures differ.
If you notice a significant price difference between two diamonds with similar quality, it’s a good idea to check their certificates. Some grading laboratories are more highly regarded, which can lead to higher pricing for diamonds they certify.
Our diamond prices may occasionally fluctuate as they are influenced by the global diamond market. These fluctuations are normal, and the day-to-day variations are typically very small.
If you happen to find the same diamond or jewelry piece at a lower price elsewhere, we are happy to match our prices with those of other jewelry makers.
For UK, EU, or Swiss customers: There are no hidden charges for postage and packing, and you will not be charged any import duties when we ship your item. Prices displayed on our website include VAT at checkout.
Above a size N, you may notice a slight increase in your ring’s price. This cost covers the extra metal, and any additional accent diamonds set into the band.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Our 30-day refund guarantee starts on the day you receive your item. You will have 30 days—or 14 days for orders over €17,500—to return it for an exchange or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that engraved and bespoke jewelry items are non-refundable.
Please contact us directly if you wish to return your item for a refund or a resize, and we will provide you with return instructions depending on where you live.
Once we receive your item, it will first be assessed and verified by our customer care specialists. If all is well and the item is undamaged, your refund will usually be with you within 10 working days. In certain cases, this can take up to 30 working days depending on the method of payment used.
