These terms apply to all contracts entered into via the Website or distance communication (e.g., telephone). We reserve the right to change these terms at any time; the version valid at the time of your purchase applies.
2. OUR GUARANTEES
At Everrings, we are committed to high-quality standards and transparency:
The Certificate Guarantee: We guarantee that every diamond or gemstone sold is certified by leading laboratories (e.g., GIA, IGI, HRD) or recognized industry experts.
The Information Guarantee: We provide complete and accurate information regarding the properties and origin of all stones on our Website.
The Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days. For orders of £ 15,000 / € 17.500 and above, the return period is 30 days. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition.
Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Free Size Fitting: We offer one free size adjustment within 60 days of purchase.
3. ORDERING AND PURCHASING PROCESS
Selection: Add your items to the shopping cart. You may choose to personalize or engrave items.
Order Placement: By clicking “Place Order,” you make a binding offer to purchase.
Confirmation: You will receive an automated Order Confirmation email. This does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the order.
Contract Conclusion: The sales contract is only concluded when we send a Shipping Confirmation email or, in the case of showroom collection, a formal Acceptance Confirmation.
4. PAYMENT, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Pricing: Prices include VAT where applicable. EU and Switzerland customers will not pay import duties as items are dispatched from our German facility. UK customers are served via our UK branch.
Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Payment: Due immediately upon ordering. Ownership of goods passes to you only after full payment is received.
Security: To protect against fraud, we may perform identity checks. Please ensure all provided data is accurate.
5. DELIVERY
EU & Switzerland: Dispatched from Frankfurt, Germany.
United Kingdom: Dispatched from our UK facilities.
International: May be subject to local import duties for which the customer is responsible.
Shipping Partners: We generally use Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) and FedEx/DHL (International/EU).
Risk: The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the provided address.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)
As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Exemptions:
This right does not apply to:Bespoke/Custom-made items (e.g., a specific diamond set in a specific mounting chosen by you).
Personalized or engraved items.
Items viewed and purchased in a physical showroom.
Process: To withdraw, notify us at [email protected]. You must return the goods within 14 days of notification.
Refunds: We will refund the purchase price within 5 days of receiving the returned goods. We may deduct for loss of value if the items show signs of use.
7. RETURNS & REPAIRS
Faulty Goods: If an item is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with your statutory rights.
Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging and the original certificate.
Third-Party Work: Any repair or resizing carried out by a third-party jeweler without our prior written consent voids our lifetime warranty.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website, including images, designs, and the brand “Everrings,” is the property of My:Science GmbH. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Custom-made designs created for you remain the intellectual property of Everrings.
9. LIABILITY
My:Science GmbH is liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. For simple negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
UK Customers: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
EU Customers: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to mandatory local consumer protection laws.
Jurisdiction: The courts of London or Munich shall have jurisdiction, depending on your location and the nature of the claim.
