We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our engagement rings and wedding bands. Everrings offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all its jewelry.

If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us so we may evaluate your piece. Customers within Europe will receive free return labels. For customers outside of Europe, a €60.00 deposit will be required before shipping your item to Everrings for evaluation. This deposit covers the shipping and expert evaluation to determine if the damage is warrantied. This fee is fully refunded for all warrantied repairs. We also provide complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. For repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty, a quote will be provided for approval before any work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied toward the repair cost. If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the deposit will cover the return shipping.

If a warranty issue is identified, Everrings will repair the damage or replace the item at no cost to you.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Everrings will void the warranty. Everrings will replace any damaged engagement ring or wedding band within 60 days of purchase. Beyond this period, items valued under €1,200.00 are eligible for replacement. Jewelry can be affected by normal wear, daily activities, or accidental damage. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. It also excludes damage resulting from a lack of timely repairs to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Examples of issues not covered under the warranty include:

• Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or pools.
• Normal wear of prongs and precious metals over time.
• Prongs wearing out, bending, or catching, which may lead to gemstone loss.
• Gemstone loss caused by damage or daily wear.

To address common wear-and-tear issues, Everrings offers extended service plans for an additional cost. We also recommend independent insurance for your engagement ring or wedding band to cover significant damage, loss, or theft.

Custom Design Services
At Everrings, we understand the importance of individuality when it comes to engagement rings and wedding bands. We offer custom design services to create unique jewelry tailored to your preferences. Engraving Services
Many of our rings can be engraved for €50.00 with a personalized message. Note that engraved rings are eligible for free resizing; however, returning or exchanging an engraved item may incur additional fees. Engravings may require an additional 3 days for delivery.
