Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on engagement rings and wedding bands.
How Service Works:
Email [email protected] with photos and your order ID. If a manufacturing issue is confirmed, we repair or replace at no cost and provide insured labels both ways. Non‑warranty work is quoted for approval before any work begins.
What’s Not Covered
Wear and tear, loss or theft, accidental damage, or issues caused by third‑party service or delayed maintenance. Service performed by a non‑Everrings jeweler voids this warranty.
