At Everrings, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days, provided it is unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. We also provide a free return shipping label for all ring orders shipped within the U.S., Canada, UK, and Australia.
How to Return or Exchange an Order
Online Returns (U.S., Canada, UK, & Australia)
To initiate a return or exchange online, please visit our returns portal at Everrings.com/returns. Enter your order details and follow the instructions to print your free, prepaid return shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
International Returns (Outside the U.S., Canada, UK, & Australia)
For international returns, please email us at [email protected] or call +1 929 581 760 6 for instructions. International returns may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Refundable Items
Engraved items and custom-designed pieces may not be eligible for return. Personalized or bespoke jewelry may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions about eligibility for returns or exchanges.
Resizing
We are happy to offer one complimentary resizing of your ring within 30 days of purchase (excluding eternity bands and custom-designed items). If you require resizing, please contact us so we can assist you with the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
